About the Founder
“Ghanshyambhai Govindram. Dholaria, the Founder and Managing Director of Noble Refractories, was born into a Gujarati Patel family in Mota Aakadia village of Amreli District, Gujarat. He graduated from lakhdir Sinhji Engineering College, Morbi in Ceramic Engineering and joined M/s. Parshuram Pottery Works Co.Ltd, Morbi, in the R & D Department. He worked there for about 6 years in various departments in different capacities.
He then started Noble Refractories in 1982 and created a unique enterprise built on the solid pillars of honesty, dedication and quality. Within the span of three decades, Noble is now a leader amongst refractories in western India, having a production capacity of 30000 MT/annum.
As a “First Generation Entrepreneur”. Ghanshyambhai has led Noble from a modest beginning to create a professionally managed and well reputed organization. Ghanshyambhai’s dream was to build an enterprise with difference, of high moral and ethical character. Excellence was his ultimate objective. With Noble Refractories.
